Kundalini-Yoga is a more dynamic form and a practical and highly effective guidance to promote vigorous health, aliveness and wellbeing in combination to Self-Knowledge.
It has been promoted in the West by Yogi Bhajan who taught also the use and chanting of many Kundalini-Yoga-Mantras, such as the “Mool-Mantra”, the “Adi Shakti-Mantra”, the “Wahe Guru” and many others, along a large number of so-called “Kriyas” (special body exercises), Mudras and a wide variety of breathing techniques. It combines mouvements, breath, chants, mantras, sound vibration to awaken the spirit, energise the body and relaxes the mind.
Satyaa has been trained in India by Gurmukh and is teaching Kundalini-Yoga since 2009; and as Yogi Bhajan once said: “the best way to learn, is to teach”, Satyaa is enjoying, teaching and practicing this form of yoga ever since. Her yoga classes are sparkling with aliveness, with various dance elements, lots of fun, giving a good kundalini workout to body, mind and soul.
She teaches at various festivals, towns where she is invited for concerts and most of all during the summer and winter chanting retreats she offers with Pari.
Inspired by the science and experience of the kundalini Yoga Mantras, she created and composed 3 albums of the most prominent Kundalini Yoga Mantras which she often sings life in her classes. Here to her album:
